Property Description

Now Available...
When we get a tract on a state wildlife area it doesn’t last long! The hunters and fishers that know our properties, know this piece will go quick. This is another one prime for hunting! It has a cornfield, a creek, and lots of cover in the trees all while being directly connected to a state wildlife area!
The property is bounded on 2 sides by the Avondale Wildlife Area and has ~1900 ft of Buckeye Fork Creek flowing through it. The property has a 6.5 acre corn field with the balance being gently sloping to sloping mature woods. (Not very steep. I raced my cur dog to the top of the steepest spot I saw and I made it to the top without falling over dead!)
For those that don’t know the area, you’ll be a quick drive to the interstate, but you’re out in some of the most secluded land Ohio has to offer.

A little bit about Avondale State Park:
The Avondale Wildlife Area is a 4,919 acre public hunting and fishing area located five miles Southwest of Zanesville, Ohio in Perry and Muskingum counties. The area is walk-in only with 122 lakes for fishing. No Camping-Recreational- User's permit required.
